We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from TOYBRICKS. If you are not completely happy, this Refund Policy explains your rights and options.

RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@toybricks.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital products
• Sale/clearance items (unless defective)
• Personalised or custom orders

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at info@toybricks.co.uk.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
